Stainless steel Roaster Dynamics Tech-tician coffee roaster. This professional-grade machine has a built-in burner gas pressure gauge, a Watlow EZ-ZONE digital bean temperature controller, and manual controls for the drum and blower. It is equipped with a cooling tray and a computer connection port for roast profiling. This is a 1kilo Roaster Dynamics designed, engineered, and built by Paul Ribich, a legend in the coffee industry. This machine is very accurate and will produce excellent sample roasts or for the enthusiast lots of personal coffee. This machine is currently set up for propane but will also run on natural gas. I only used it 10 times before acquiring a Diedrich IR1(also selling). The Roaster Dynamics does at least as good a job as the 1KG Diedrich maybe better. this machine is built to last forever or at least your lifetime.
