18hp Evinrude Fastwin. Short-shaft, tiller, recoil start, twin-cylinder, 2-stroke from '63. Model 18302E. Freshly cleaned carb and new gearcase lube (old lube was water-free). Starts easily, shifts perfectly, and pumps plenty of water even when idling slow (and, boy, does she troll SLOW!). Runs out strong! Standard single-line fuel tank/hose available for extra $. *Stand not included.
