My ex-husband asked us for my son and I to come back to Washington from Ohio. We moved there to get away from him, last year. He promised he changed. He said he needed help. We came back on April 16th. Thursday I was served by our neighbor, in my bedroom with a summons to vacate his premises and that he is suing us for property damage and trash that we've helped to clean up. We haven't done anything wrong. He's been nothing but emotionally abusive and controlling. We are scared to eat when he's around due to the yelling and insults. I filed a response but also need to file a declaration. We desperately need to move to get out of this hostile environment. We only get $1000 a month and don't have any transportation. Please someone legitimately help me/us? I'm trying to keep us safe while not being screwed over after helping him. Please help. Thank you
