Carine’s Cargo is currently seeking dependable, safety-conscious delivery drivers for ongoing final-mile delivery routes in the South Atlanta area.
We are hiring drivers with or without their own cargo vans.
Compensation & Vehicle Options
Option 1: Drivers With Their Own Cargo Van – $250/Day
* $250 flat rate per completed route
* Must own or have reliable access to a cargo van
* Must maintain appropriate commercial auto insurance covering package deliveries
* Responsible for fuel, maintenance, and vehicle expenses
Option 2: Drivers Without a Cargo Van – $150/Day
* $150 flat rate per completed route
* Company-provided cargo van
* Company covers fuel for authorized delivery routes
* Must meet company vehicle and insurance requirements
Payment Schedule
* Pay period runs Sunday through Saturday
* Payments issued weekly on the following Friday
* No additional payment hold
Route Details
* Package pickup: Locust Grove, GA
* Required arrival at package facility: 12:30 PM
* Approximately 80–100 packages per route
* Routes may cover up to 100 miles
* Ongoing delivery opportunities
Drivers using a company-provided van must report to Morrow, GA, by 11:30 AM to collect the vehicle.
Driver Requirements
* Valid driver’s license
* Safe driving record
* Current auto insurance, with appropriate delivery coverage for drivers using their own vehicles
* Reliable smartphone with GPS and data service
* Ability to lift, load, and deliver packages safely
* Dependable attendance and communication
* Ability to work independently
* Commitment to completing accepted routes
* Ability to follow safety and delivery procedures
Responsibilities
* Pick up, load, and organize assigned packages
* Complete residential deliveries
* Use the designated delivery application
* Maintain accurate delivery records
* Report delays, accidents, and delivery issues promptly
* Safeguard packages and company equipment
* Return undelivered packages as instructed
* Complete vehicle inspections when using a company van
