Well maintained and stored inside.
Foot operated forward and reverse, very easy to drive.
This tractor has been professionally upgraded from the original K57 transaxle to a K66 with foot operated locking differential using factory parts and bolt-on wheels instead of keyed shaft.
The K66 is much more robust than the K46/K5x series transaxles found in many other machines and unlike those the K66 is a serviceable unit. Plus, the locking differential makes a world of difference on hilly/uneven ground. The change to the K66 essentially turns the Broadmoor into a Conquest.
3-blade 48" heavy-duty fabricated mowing deck is in very good condition with good blades and bearings and runs quiet.
The cut height is set via a switch on the dash. The deck is a floating, anti-scalp design that is lowered to the ground via the outer lever on the right fender and rides on the roller bar at the rear of deck. The deck follows the contours of the lawn.
The roller bar will also lay down stripes. Deck can be removed and installed without tools.
Mesh seat is much cooler to sit on in the summer than a standard vinyl seat. Has a small tear in seat bottom.
Only 242 hours.
Maintenance is up to date, anything it needed was done. Engine oil and filter change, new air filter, new NGK spark plugs. Transmission fluid change with proper synthetic fluid and new drive belt this year. Battery holds a charge.
All standard factory safety switches (seat, parking brake, etc) are present and working properly. It works like the manual says it should. I can include the manual if needed and it is also available online.
Everything works: electric PTO, LED headlights, cruise, charging system, etc.
Ready to hop on and mow.

Metal hood, floor pan, and seat pan - made much better than the box store mowers and a lot of the dealer only models. A true commercial quality machine, was a expensive tractor when new.
