We are seeking a resilient, highly motivated, and Bilingual (English/Spanish) Onsite Supervisor to join our team fully onsite in Budd Lake, NJ. This role bridges the gap between plant leadership and a diverse hourly workforce. You will be comfortable working on a manufacturing floor, supporting employees across multiple shifts, and driving day-to-day workforce stability. • Support employee retention, attendance management, and overall workforce stability.
• Partner and build credibility with both frontline employees and plant leadership.
• Manage day-to-day workforce operations and act as a solutions-oriented resource on the manufacturing floor. Key Qualifications (Required):
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a strict requirement.
• Experience working directly with the public and supporting a diverse hourly workforce.
• Background in manufacturing, food production, warehousing, staffing, onsite management, workforce operations, or employee relations.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust at all levels.

• Competitive Base Salary: $40,000 - $55,000 (based on experience).
