This is an exceptional, vintage, original condition, FIRST ISSUE LICENSE PLATE FOR THE GARDEN STATE
New Jersey issued Porcelain/Enamel plates from 1909 through 1916, then went to medal plates.
Plate has original seal, no touch-up. Selling my collection after 50 years of collecting.
