Older Layton tandem-axle travel trailer being sold AS-IS as a restoration/project trailer.
This trailer needs considerable cleaning, repairs and interior finishing. Portions of the flooring and interior have already been removed/exposed, and there is visible age-related deterioration and previous repair work. This is not being represented as road-ready or immediately livable.
That said, there is still a lot here to work with. (Good Bones) The basic interior layout remains, including cabinetry, kitchen area, bathroom/tub area and refrigerator. With some cleanup and work, it could make an inexpensive hunting cabin, off-grid homestead shelter, farm/ranch trailer, stationary guest quarters or renovation project.
Tandem-axle trailer. Tires are currently inflated and appear serviceable for removal, but because of the trailer’s age, the buyer should inspect the tires, wheels, bearings, brakes, hitch and running gear before attempting to tow it any significant distance.
