Notes
Meet the black 2016 Honda Pilot—an SUV that’s ready to play family shuttle, weekend escape pod, and daily commuter without breaking a sweat. Under the hood, a 3.5L V6 i-VTEC pairs with a 6-speed automatic transmission (with a driver-selectable mode) to deliver smooth, confident power when you’re merging, passing, or heading uphill with a full load.Rainy commute? Snowy driveway? Gravel parking lot at the trailhead? This Pilot’s automatic full-time AWD helps keep traction drama-free, backed up by an electro-mechanical limited slip differential, hill hold control, and four-wheel ABS. The ride stays composed thanks to a well-sorted suspension with front and rear anti-roll bars and gas-pressurized shocks—so it feels steady and predictable whether you’re carving through city streets or cruising on the highway. And with a generous fuel tank on board, you’ll spend more time exploring and less time hunting for the next gas stop.Inside, the gray cloth cabin is built for real life: comfortable, practical, and easy to live with day after day. You’ve got supportive front bucket seats (with power adjustability for the driver), plus flexible second-row seating and a third row that folds into the floor when you’d rather have cargo space than extra passengers. Up front, handy touches like steering-wheel cruise controls, a driver information center, multiple 12V outlets, and smart storage throughout the cabin make errands and road trips feel a lot more organized. On the outside, the black paint gives it a clean, confident look, complemented by subtle chrome accents, tinted glass, a rear spoiler, and a polished touch at the tailpipe. Visibility and convenience are covered too, with a back-up camera—and even a right-side camera to help when you’re maneuvering in tight spots. For peace of mind, a CARFAX report is available for this Pilot—so you can check out its history before you take the next step.
