We are looking for two adults to act as legal witnesses for a brief civil marriage ceremony on Wednesday, October 14th, 2026, at 2:00 PM.
• Location: Clay County Government Center (3510 12th Ave S Door 1, Moorhead, MN 56560)
• Time Required: ~15–20 minutes
• Requirement: Must be 16 or older and bring a valid government-issued photo ID.
• Pay: $20 cash each immediately following the ceremony.
