Job Title: Behavioral Technician – Men’s Luxury Sober Living
Compensation: Starting at $20hr for first and second shift, $21hr for overnight hours worked.
Benefits: 40hrs Vacation & 48hrs Sick PTO per year, ICHRA Insurance Reimbursement up to $250 per month.

Recovery Nexus is a premier, luxury sober living facility in Colorado Springs dedicated to supporting adult men recovering from substance use disorders. We opened in March of this year and provide a structured, upscale environment focused on long-term recovery, accountability, and personal growth.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, empathetic, and alert Behavioral Technician to join our team. In this role, you will provide direct client supervision, maintain a safe environment, and assist clients in their daily recovery routines. A major responsibility of this role includes regularly transporting clients to appointments and community activities using company-provided vehicles. No formal medical qualifications are required; we provide on-the-job training for candidates with the right mindset and dedication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor client behavior and maintain a supportive, safe, and accountable environment.
• Regularly transport clients safely to appointments, meetings, and outings using company vehicles.
• Document client progress, daily logs, and report any behavioral changes or concerns to management.
• Assist with facility operations, ensuring the high standards of a luxury facility are met.
Job Requirements & Qualifications:
• Age Requirement: Must be 25 years of age or older (required for company vehicle insurance purposes).
• Driver's License: Must hold a valid driver's license with a driving record considered satisfactory by Insurance.
• Pre-employment Criminal & Driving Background checks performed upon consideration for role.
• Strict Drug-Free Policy: Pre-employment urinalysis (UA), and random periodic UAs. Due to the nature of the environment, this policy strictly includes marijuana, regardless of state legalization.
• High school diploma or equivalent (no prior behavioral tech certifications required).
• Strong boundaries, excellent communication skills, and a professional demeanor.
