These units provide heating and cooling, as well as dehumidification, with multiple speed settings, and remote control. Very quiet operation
The 12000btu systems run on 120v, and are very efficient, drawing only 9amps at peak, meaning they can be safely added to existing circuits
They are capable of heating/cooling up to 600 square feet (of unobstructed space)
$1500 includes one unit and installation in your home. The indoor unit is mounted at the top of the room you wish to air condition, and the outdoor unit is mounted on a sturdy stand attached to exterior wall.
Units come with industry standard 5 year warranty. If you’re interested in a larger unit, we can custom order it.
We serve the greater Roanoke and Lynchburg area, but may travel further for an additional travel fee. Message us today and we will see how soon we are able to schedule your installation
$1500 is the all in price (unless we have to travel outside of our usual area), no additional taxes or hidden fees
We are a small family operation that believes in doing professional work at a fair price
