Hello! I am looking for a sublet/temporary room in Atlanta from about mid October to mid December, exact dates can be flexible. I am in Atlanta for work. I prefer anything within 7 miles of the Arthur Blank hospital in Brookhaven but something further away may work. I am quiet, clean, and tidy. I am not open to work trade situations as I will already by working 36-40 hour weeks. I will need a private room and access to the kitchen and will be cooking daily.
I do strongly prefer to live with women or LGBT people. I am okay with living in communal housing where there is a mix of genders as long as I’m not the only woman/lgbt person.
And because this always comes up when I make a post like this- no, I will not exchange sexual favors for rent.
