It may not be. The iMac in the picture is a 2012 model. Apple's last update for it was Catalina, in 2019. Today it runs macOS Tahoe 26.7.1, with current security updates and today's apps.
The last picture shows every version of macOS from Snow Leopard (2009) through Golden Gate (2026), all 17, running on real Apple hardware in my lab. Whatever version your Mac is on, I've worked with it.
I help Macintosh owners across Montgomery, Prattville, Millbrook and the River Region, 100% remotely. Skip the drive to Birmingham. No appointment wait, and no shipping your Mac anywhere for software help. I connect to your Mac securely over the internet and fix it while you watch.
