About two hours a day, three to five days a week, within an eight a.m. to seven p.m. window. HVAC experience a plus. Must have reliable transportation, a clean driving record, and a smartphone.
Independent contractor — you'll complete daily and weekly checklists and send a short report each visit.

This is a long-term role for one dedicated person.
