This Sport Angler HD has been in storage for 3 years. I installed a new 32” LED TV with a built in DVD player last winter and took the house out to test everything out. It’s very lightweight and will help keep you out on the ice, even during times of poor ice conditions. It features a spray foam insulated floor, full kitchen, and even comes with a bathroom. The 20,000 BTU forced air heater will heat this house up in minutes. It has LED lighting inside and out. Fishing holes are perfectly positioned about 12” away (perfect for jigging), not right under your feet like so many other houses. Title is in hand for immediate possession. Ice conditions these days really favor this type of house. It’s in absolute showroom condition and ready to go with 2 full LP tanks. There will be absolutely no disappointments with this house.
