Looking for a dedicated driving job that gets you home for the weekend? We're hiring experienced CDL-A drivers for a night-shift final-mile delivery position serving major auto parts stores.

💰 GUARANTEED WEEKLY MINIMUM: $1,550–$1,650! but you can make more than this amount this is just the minimum guaranteed

• 0–3 YOS: $1,550/week
• 3–6 YOS: $1,575/week
• 6–10 YOS: $1,600/week
• 10+ YOS: $1,650/week

This is a guaranteed weekly minimum—not just an advertised earning potential! If your mileage pay, hourly pay and stop pay exceed the guarantee, you can earn more.

📍 ROUTES & SCHEDULE

• Hiring area: Within a 50-mile radius of Montgomery, Alabama.
• Lanes: Montgomery, Mobile, Pensacola and portions of the Panhandle.
• Shift: Night shift, Monday night through Friday night.
• Dispatch: Approximately 10:00 PM to midnight, depending on arrival times.
• Mileage: Approximately 1,500–2,000 miles per week.
• Stops: Average of 5–6 stops per run.
• Home time: Saturday morning until Monday evening dispatch.

💵 HOW THE PAY WORKS

Mileage pay: $0.53–$0.58 per mile, depending on experience.

Hourly pay: $20.00–$21.25 per hour, depending on experience. This is an additional pay component for qualifying work—not your entire compensation package.

Stop pay: $25 per stop.

Your total earnings depend on mileage, stops, experience tier and qualifying hourly work. The guaranteed weekly minimum provides a baseline when you meet the full-week requirements.

📋 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid CDL-A
• At least 12 months of recent tractor-trailer experience
• If you don't have hazmat we do have other home weekly jobs in the Montgomery area that don't require hazmat so make sure you go ahead and apply.
• Hazmat endorsement REQUIRED
• Must be comfortable driving at night
• No pets or passengers on these dedicated accounts
• No backhauls currently

IMPORTANT: This is a NIGHT-SHIFT position. You must be willing and able to drive at night.

ORIENTATION: Very little travel as it is Onsite in Thomson, Georgia. Classes are held on Tuesdays.
