Metal Specialties is seeking a full time structural welder/fabricator.
We are seeking a certified structural fabricator for residential structural steel projects.
This is a full time fabrication and field install position. Welding certs and experience in both structural fabrication and onsite installation is required. We work exclusively on the Monterey Peninsula, there is no excessive travel or out of town work.
The successful candidate must be reliable, professional and able to work collaboratively as a part of a team. We are seeking fabricators that desire a career in this field and will grow with our company.
Required Skills:
Experience with structural installation (Minimum 2 years experience)
Structural Certs
Able to read blue prints
Layout skills
Strong Adherence of Safe Practices
Clean DMV Record (must be 25yr or older)
Excellent Communication
