We are looking for an experienced, dependable foundation crew for concrete construction projects.
Qualifications:
• Must have proven experience in concrete foundations.
• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, structural drawings, and foundation plans.
• Experienced in foundation layout, footing excavation coordination, form setting, rebar placement, and concrete placement.
• Must understand dimensions, elevations, measurements, and construction specifications.
• Must be dependable, hardworking, and able to meet project schedules.
• Must have the tools, equipment, and transportation necessary for the work, or clearly identify what you provide.
• Must follow job-site safety requirements and applicable building codes.
Preferred Experience:
• Residential and/or commercial foundations.
• Experience working with structural engineers’ plans and inspection requirements.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with other trades.
