Tested and works great, motor runs smooth, builds pressure quickly, and holds air with no issues.

Missing one of the rear wheels. It still sits stable on its rubber foot/stand and works fine as-is, or you can easily pop on a cheap replacement lawnmower/hand-truck wheel from Harbor Freight or Home Depot.
