Good chicken..good fish...mix it up we both like everything and we can both cook and prep all the above ...but we offer $250 less share to a handy person in the kitchen...breakfast and lunch we can all get our selves ...but a good cook for the above and prep deserves the $250 less share in compensation ..

Details: House is minutes away from the Delaware River -Tristate Sussex county area near High Point State park and Stokes forest State park..No smoking in house..
