The Grayson is a privately held extended-stay property in Monroe, serving Arlington, Marysville, Everett and the Highway 2 corridor. Every crew member gets their own room, fully furnished. Truck, van and trailer parking on site. Full kitchen, boot dryer, laundry on site. Quiet hours 10 PM to 6 AM.
ONE PRICE PER WORKER
In & Out, Sunday through Thursday: $105 a night September through May, $135 June through August. Tax included. No cleaning fee.
Stay a Month, 30 nights or more: $99 a night September through May, $130 June through August. Tax-free lodging. No cleaning fee.
Premium adds $39 a night: breakfast from 5 AM, a hot meal after the shift, laundry washed, dried and folded, and housekeeping.
UNDER YOUR PER DIEM
For a job site in Snohomish & King County per diem areas, the Everett / Lynnwood GSA rate is $120 lodging and $86 meals, $206 a day. In & Out with Premium at $144 a night leaves each worker $62 a day under.

We welcome corporate rotation contracts. We bill your company direct, or each worker self-pays and expenses it.
