Model A Ford headlight bar Arrow lights (Monroe)

From my limited knowledge and research I believe this is a headlight bar from a 1930/31 Ford Model A.
Was told it was off of a truck (and the license plate that was attached to it was a 1965-67 WA truck plate)
You need to perform your due diligence as to whether this works for your needs
Bar has the two flat spots for horn mounts under the light mounting cups.
It has the square mounting holes to fender
It is relatively straight with a slight bow upward
Included is
40's era Arrow 775H headlights with working 40s era GE Mazda 12v sealed beam headlights -
One bulb high and low beam works and other bulb has working low beam but no high.
No dents, but needs surface rust removal and prime/paint
Decent shape but all pieces need to be sandblasted and painted
