The house is 3 bed, 2 bath with a little covered porch and a red front door. It would just be you living here, no roommates. The master is upstairs and has its own bathroom and a big window. It's carpeted but empty, so you'd bring your own bed.
You'd have the kitchen (white cabinets, quartz counters, stainless appliances, gas stove), the living room with the fireplace, and the dining room. There's a washer and dryer, a 2-car garage for parking, and a fenced backyard you can use too. We'll keep the other rooms locked.
Rent is $700 a month and utilities are included, so no extra bills. The deposit is $700. Pets are totally fine, any kind and any number, with a one-time $200 pet fee. Month-to-month works, or we can start with a 6-month lease. There's no application fee, we only run a background check.
We just have two rules: no smoking inside and no overnight guests. We're looking for someone honest and trustworthy who will treat the place like their own.
It's a quiet neighborhood right by a park, not far off Highway 522. Northwest Coffee and Evergreen Urgent Care are nearby, and so is the Monroe hospital area. Look for the red front door.
