Why spend $1000 a month on someone’s room so that you can share a bathroom and a kitchen and you’re thrilled to think that’s a deal! ??
How about getting a 5th wheel that is really — yes vintage —but in great shape nice and cozy have your own shower new toilet. It’s a limited edition so it has the extras. Find a spot and cozy up for the winter.
It’s been sitting a while but the tires are good. All the hookups are in order and the windows are great. There was a small leak in one window by the door that created damage to the flooring in front of the door that has been removed and was in the process of being replaced. As you can see from the pics, the small bench seat where the table was has been removed due to the floor damage. It actually makes it much more open. The other issue is the oven…The range works but not the oven part.sinks refrigerator and shower are fine. New toilet installed. New mattress in bedroom.
It’s very easy to haul out of the area its in right by the road. I have clear title and keys to the door
