Looking for someone who is dependable, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
You'll visit new construction homes, perform energy testing, inspect for quality, identify problems, and report your findings to builders.
No construction experience required - we'll train you.
This is active field work, not a desk job. You'll drive, climb ladders, walk unfinished homes, and work in heat, cold, dust, and homes that may not have HVAC or electricity yet.
You need:
ā¢ Valid driver's license
ā¢ Reliable vehicle + auto insurance
ā¢ High school diploma/GED
ā¢ Good attendance and time management
ā¢ Ability to safely work on construction sites
