Beautiful vintage/antique Simplex copper whistling kettle, made in England. This is the classic solid-copper Simplex design with the distinctive coiled copper base and original black handle.
The underside is stamped with identifying patent and registration information, including:

* Made in England
* Reg. No. 786743
* Patent numbers including 400709–402190
The kettle has a wonderful aged copper appearance with natural patina and surface spotting consistent with age and use. The original handle, whistle/spout and coiled base are present.
