New toilet/shower runs good/I have a washer for the studio (I just need to change the belt when I get paid)/your own parking in driveway(I don't have a car)/private entrance/no appliances(has room for a mini fridge, hot plates are perfect)
Would like to re paint the room, but money is tight (need someone to move in and help with the bills)
800$ a month, and with water and electricity will round out to 900 a month 👍
(Will update on the pics when I get up, Iam in bed rite now, in the morning)
