The room is a large 14×16 room and a large private bathroom. Rent will include utilites, wifi, access to laundry in home and pool. The location also has ample street parking. This room is on the second floor!! Please keep this in mind.
Occupants must have verifiable income of some kind and be able to pass a rent check/credit check, and background check (we'll be covering the cost of the checks). We've had a serious instance in the past two years where we had to deal with someone trying to squat who also caused significant property damage, so we're extremely vigilant of people now and have to do these checks.
There is also a second empty room right next to the main room for rent, so we'd be open to discussing a situation where a very small family could move in with an increase in rent,
