Local roofing company looking for a motivated, professional, and experienced Roofing Estimator / Sales Representative to join our team.

We specialize in residential and commercial roofing, including repairs, re-roofs, composition shingles, metal, TPO/PVC, and tile.

Responsibilities

• Meet with residential and commercial customers for roof inspections and job walks

• Take measurements, photos, and detailed job notes

• Identify roofing issues and determine the appropriate scope of work

• Prepare accurate, professional estimates and proposals

• Explain scope, materials, and pricing to customers

• Follow up on estimates and close sales

• Communicate with office staff and roofing crews to ensure accurate project information

Requirements

• Roofing and estimating experience preferred

• Strong knowledge of roofing repairs and re-roofs

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Able to prepare detailed proposals independently

• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated

• Comfortable using computers and estimating software

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
