Resposiblities:
• Support apartment turns during peak season
• Perform basic electrical repairs (switches, outlets, light fixtures)
• Basic plumbing repairs (faucets, toilets, drains)
• Drywall patching and touch-up painting
• Install blinds, shelving, and other fixtures
• Replace locks and hardware as needed
• General maintenance and repairs
• Keep vacant units and common areas clean and move-in ready
• Respond to maintenance requests as assigned by management
Qualifications:
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance
• Experience using common hand and power tools
• Ability to troubleshoot minor maintenance issues
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on ladders
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Positive attitude with great customer service skills
• Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation
