Westgate Village Mobile Home Park
Maintenance Technician position is part time, Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9am – 2 pm. Pay Rate $21.50 hr
Maintenance duties include but are not limited to:
· Overall Maintenance of the Park, which includes the clubhouse, pool, game room, laundry room, restrooms, dog park, car wash and other common areas.
· Landscaping of the Park entrance and other common areas
· Janitorial cleaning of the clubhouse, restrooms and other facilities
· Interior/ exterior painting
· Inspection of mobile home sites, utility pedestals, gas meters and regulators
· Maintenance and cleaning of golf cart
· Plumbing experience
· Electrical experience preferred
Job Requirements:
· Reliable transportation
· Must be able to lift 60 pounds (bag of concrete)
