It’s often more interesting and fun to take lessons with at least one other person. I will take groups of people, any age (but no younger than a 5th grader), any skill level, up to 4 people in a group, . Once the group decides a direction, I will design a specific plan for them. Lessons are an hour, at my home in Modesto, or in one of the members’ home for an additional travel time fee. ($5 every mile as given by Goole Maps from Memorial Hospital) The rates are: 2 people= $20/person ($40/lesson).
3 people = $15/person ($45 / lesson) and 4 People = $12/person ($48/lesson) … so you can see that setting up a group of 4 is to the group’s advantage. All lessons will cost the group the total, lesson rate, even if only one person shows up. Lessons cannot be missed/made up. 3 lessons is minimum, prepaid. Required: a Music stand, being on time. I will discuss the plan with a rep before the 1st meeting.
Similar to what I offer the group, lessons can be taken Individually in sight-reading (notes), chord inversions (Playing the same chord up the neck), learning various rhythms, more advanced Chords, using a capo on the uke, etc. Individual rate is $40/hr
