Handyman or Contractor Needed – Finish Repairs & Punch List (Modesto)

This is primarily punch-list / finish-up work. I would prefer one person who can handle most or all of the work rather than hiring several different people.
WORK INCLUDES:
* Replace outlets and switches and install cover plates
* Install smoke detectors
* Install 30-inch stove
* Install 24-inch dishwasher
* Repair loose wiring at range hood
* Repair open kitchen outlet / loose wiring
* Install or repair wall heater, if needed
* Replace house locks
* Install missing blinds
* Adjust closet doors
* Install closet rod
* Install shower curtain rod
* Install towel bar, hand towel bar, and related bathroom hardware
* Repair/adjust garage door
* Complete other minor touch-up and finishing items as discussed
WHO CAN RESPOND:
You may be either a licensed contractor or an experienced handyman.
When responding, please specifically tell me which category you fall into: Licensed Contractor or Handyman. You need to have your own tools.
MATERIALS:
I have a Home Depot Pro account. If materials need to be purchased, you will go to the Home Depot Pro Desk, I will pay for the materials directly, and you will be responsible for picking them up and bringing them to the property.
COMPENSATION:
I am open to working with you either on an hourly basis or for an agreed price for the entire job. If hourly, please tell me your hourly rate and, if you prefer to quote a fixed price for the entire job, I will arrange for you to see the job first.
