Handyman Needed – Vacation Rental Properties (Central Valley, CA)
Turnall BnB Services is looking for a reliable handyman to help maintain Airbnb and short-term rental properties throughout California's Central Valley.
We're looking for someone with experience in a variety of home repairs, including:
- Basic plumbing repairs
- HVAC troubleshooting and minor repairs
- Electrical repairs (switches, outlets, light fixtures, etc.)
- Drywall repair and painting
- Appliance troubleshooting
- Door locks, smart locks, and hardware
- Furniture assembly and minor carpentry
- General property maintenance
Requirements:
- Experience in multiple trades
- Reliable transportation and your own tools
- Ability to respond quickly when needed
- Professional appearance and good communication
- Ability to take photos before and after completed work
- Licensed and insured is a plus, but not required
Service Area:
Modesto, Manteca, Turlock, Oakdale, Tracy, Stockton, Lodi, and surrounding Central Valley areas.
This is an independent contractor (1099) position with ongoing work for the right person. We manage multiple vacation rental properties and are looking to build a long-term relationship with someone dependable.
