We are looking for an experienced CAD Draftsman / Architectural Drafter to prepare professional drawings for an existing property.
The ideal candidate should have experience creating accurate architectural and property drawings using AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
**Scope of Work:**
- Create CAD drawings of an existing property/building
- Prepare floor plans and property layouts
- Create accurate dimensions and measurements
- Prepare exterior elevations, if needed
- Create site/property plans, if needed
- Convert existing sketches, measurements, photographs, or older plans into professional CAD drawings
- Make revisions as needed
- Provide final drawings in PDF and CAD/DWG format
**Qualifications:**
- Experience with AutoCAD or similar CAD software
- Experience preparing residential or commercial property drawings
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings, measurements, dimensions, and floor plans
- Ability to work from photographs, sketches, measurements, and existing property information
- Experience preparing drawings for building or permit applications is highly preferred
- Must be detail oriented and accurate
