Used original/OEM Japanese PC Engine controller. Has been thoroughly cleaned. Tested and working great on my PC Engine Duo-R. Also compatible with US TurboGrafx 16 consoles if, and only if, you use an 8-pin mini DIN-F to full-size 8-pin DIN-M adapter (not included).
