Outwest Property Doctor performs third party building performance analysis and code compliance testing; verifying a homes energy efficiency, comfort, and performance.
We are seeking an energetic professional located in the Missoula area to train in blower door and duct leakage testing. This is a salary position starting between $45,000 - 85,000 depending on experience and amount of responsibilities undertaken. Training will be extensive and continuous while starting out, including classroom type settings, in home and in field. This position will have room for advancement in the company. The tentative start date is November 11th. No prior experience is required. This role is ideal for anyone looking to start a new career. Candidates with construction knowledge or hands on building experience will be given preference.
Qualified applicants must have:
- A driver’s license
- A reliable vehicle capable of carrying equipment such as a ladder with enough room inside the vehicle for testing equipment. Your personal vehicle will be used to get you to each job.
- A smart phone with access to the internet.
- A home computer or tablet.
- Must be physically able to carry 50lbs a short distance.
- Must be able to climb up and down a ladder and maneuver around confined spaces such as a crawl space.
