I've got the front and side cedar shingles paint on my rental in mission. First pic. I've also got the entire exterior on my rental in KC MO near I-35 and chouteau. Must know how to prep, do brush work and roller work as well as comfortable on ladders. Will pay $20 an hour cash or possibly lump sum. Also need some help with miscellaneous make ready/landscaping labor from time to time. Can put to work the same day. Leave your phone number and I will be in touch.
