Titanic Deckhand Halloween Outfit w/Blow-Up Tube

The deckhand or navy outfit is authentic Navy blue wool pants and top.
The beret style hat is a costume piece along with the blow up tube with Titanic written on it.
We used it years ago when Titanic was a hit and sprayed hair and with gray/white hair paint and intertwined icicles in hair to imitate a frozen deckhand or person in the frozen water.
