Wanted: 4 Specific Lego Bricks (Shoreview)

My Daughter got the Tuxedo Cat for X-mas 2-3 years ago and we have been slowly trying to make it look like her real Tuxedo Cat.
We only need the last 4 pieces pictured. Too expensive to order form lego.com, & 7.00 handling Plus additional amount for shipping, too much for 4 pieces. Same with Bricklink, minimum order amounts and shipping are just way too much for 4 pieces. Been to Bricks & Minifigs a few times, but not finding them.
Hoping someone near Blaine/Lino Lakes/Shoreview may have them.
