Has 2 sets of holes to attach a frame. One set is 52" on center (full size), the other is 57" on center. That might not be quite wide enough for a queen frame, but you can drill new holes or use bed frame modification plates to make it fit.
Could use a light cleaning + refinish with mineral spirits and Restor-A-Finish.
