Since 1928, Bartley Sales Company has specialized in providing Division 10 specialties materials to general contractors in the commercial construction market throughout the upper Midwest. We are in St. Louis Park, MN and are seeking a full-time takeoff specialist.
The position is responsible for analyzing architectural plans to create detailed material take-offs, organizing and maintaining project documentation during the bidding process and reviewing post-bid documents for proposed changes to estimates.
Compensation starts at $22-$25/hour depending on experience, with a review after three months. Benefits include health insurance and profit sharing. Hours are 8:00-5:00 M-F.
Qualifications required:
• Experience in reading and analyzing architectural plans
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective written and verbal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
