Snow blower repair review – READ THIS FIRST-
I recently needed snow blower repair. I could not afford to deliver it to a shop with their charges, so I looked for a repair person on Craigslist. I contacted several individuals and was only able to leave messages. I was contacted by an individual (Jeff) who had a mobile repair service and could come to my house. He set a appointment last weekend and showed up on time. He diagnosed the problem and started to work. He showed me what the problem was, what caused it, and how to avoid it in the future. He would not leave until the repair was done perfectly which took hours. He has been working on small engines for 30 years and literally knew everything about them. He gave me a price before he started and stuck to that estimate.
That was about 1/3rd of what it would have cost me had I been able to transport it to a shop.
Today he called me to check on the unit to make sure I had started it and it was in excellent condition because he guarantees his work. I was so amazed at his work and genuine concern for his clients that I had to write this to let others know about him. In today’s world it seems impossible to find someone with these old school values.
On a scale of 1 – 10, I would rate him as 100.
