Nice kitchen with a ton of cabinet space and a spacious breakfast butcher-block bar where you can work from home or have coffee with a friend. USI high speed fiber internet available. Two large closets. Great, western-facing light. Separate storage unit in the laundry room free of charge. Laundry on site. 2-3 blocks from Aldi's, World Street Kitchen, Nightingale. The pictures speak for themselves. This place is a great way to live small, keep money in your pocket, and still have plenty of space. Applicants are screened using rental history, income, credit history, and background information consistent with Minneapolis renter protection ordinances.
