I invite you to step out of the daily rush and into a space of profound presence and restorative healing.
My sessions integrate:
• Deep Tissue & Structural Alignment: Restoring the "Sovereign Seat" of physical posture to undo chronic tension.
• Therapeutic Swedish: Rhythmic, soothing flow to melt neural tension and calm the nervous system.
• Integrative Presence: A grounded approach that restores mental clarity and overall ease.
Each session is customized to your immediate needs—whether you require targeted physical relief or a deep, restorative reset.
Investment in Your Well-Being:
• 60 Minutes: $90
• 90 Minutes: $130
• Community Rate (Seniors & Others): $70/hr | $100 for 90 Minutes
Same-day appointments are by availability and include a $15 same-day fee. Booking a day ahead is the regular rate.
Cancellations: Please give 24 hours’ notice when possible. Late cancels or no-shows may be charged the session rate.
