Three guys in their thirties, all work full time and have varying schedules. We mostly keep to ourselves but get along really well.
4 BR, 1 ½ bath. Room pictured first will be your private room and is located on the main floor. Shared spaces include fully equipped kitchen (electric range/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, double sink, and plenty of pantry and storage space). Full bathroom on main floor, half bathroom in the basement. Living room with a few couches/recliners, coffee table, dining table and large flatscreen TV. Washer and Dryer in the basement. Large Deck with a gas grill and spacious backyard. One car garage and driveway with plenty of street parking.
Rent is $625 a month. Security deposit of $625 required upon move in with first months rent. We pay Gas/Electric/Internet every month and Water/Garbage every three months, ranges from $45-$170 per person depending on the time of year and heat/AC use.
We share chores of mowing and cleaning.
One roommate has a very friendly cat but we are not looking to add any more animals. Anything in an aquarium would probably be fine.
