We are a growing painting company looking for experienced painting subcontractors with established crews of 3–4 people, including a crew lead who actively works onsite. We want dependable partners who take pride in their work, communicate clearly, and deliver a great experience for our clients.
What we’re looking for
- An established crew of 3–4 skilled painters.
- A working crew lead who stays onsite, directs the team, and takes responsibility for quality and progress.
- Experience completing professional interior and exterior painting projects, including thorough preparation and clean finishes.
- Reliable scheduling, consistent attendance, and clear communication.
- Respect for clients’ homes, landscaping, and belongings.
- Your own tools, equipment, and transportation.
- An established subcontracting business with liability insurance.
How we work
We coordinate project scope and scheduling with our subcontractors and expect crews to follow through on their commitments. Our goal is to build long-term relationships with crews we can trust and bring back for future projects.
Compensation is agreed upon per project based on scope and crew pricing.
