We're doing both commercial and residential work, and we're adding a part-time or full-time, multi-trade carpenter to our crew.
We do projects very often.
Our current project is a basement remodel in Minneapolis:
- Bathroom with a custom tiled walk-in shower
- Kitchen
- Living room, laundry room, and closets throughout
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Drywall, doors, trim, cabinets, and finish work
- Tile: shower walls
- Flooring: laying LVP
- Some light electrical, plumbing, and HVAC, such as:
- Electrical: switch out outlets, switches, light fixtures, recessed lights, and bath fans
- Plumbing: switch out bathroom vanities and faucets, hook up dishwashers and washers
- HVAC: switch out bath fan, range hood, and dryer venting, run short duct extensions, install registers and vent covers
- Read plans, solve problems on site, and keep the job moving without hand-holding
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- 5+ years of remodeling or construction experience (basement finishes a big plus)
- Strong tile skills
- Light electrical, plumbing, and HVAC experience
- Your own hand tools, reliable transportation, and a valid driver's license
- Shows up on time, communicates, and takes pride in clean work
PAY: $30–$40/hr depending on experience. Part-time or Full-time.
