We’re looking for people who know their way around a busy kitchen, move with purpose, work well with a team, and understand that the kitchen is not for the weak.
If you’re reliable, fast, detail-oriented, and can throw down on the line without falling apart when the tickets start rolling in, we want to meet you.
What You’ll Do:
~Prepare and cook menu items with consistency and care
~Work stations efficiently during busy service
~Help with prep, stocking, and kitchen organization
~your station clean, stocked, and ready to roll
~Follow recipes, portioning, and plating standards
~Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards
~Support the kitchen team and keep service running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
~Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred
~Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
~Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
~Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
~Attention to detail and pride in your work
~Ability to stay organized and focused under pressure
~Weekend availability is a must
